1. The cement ground on which wooden floor tiles
are to be installed should be dry and flat.
2.Scatter some inspect prevention powder on the ground before spread
tar papers which should be overlapped for 20cm ,and be spread on the foot of
wall for over 10cm.
3. Two methods of installation:
A. Install floor tiles on the rising wood treated by process of
drying, and preservation against pest and from decay. Never faster the
risting wood with cement!
B. In order to install the floor tiles more flatly
and firmly, plywood 6 to 9cm thick should be spread on the rising wood
.A gap of 2to 4mm should be left between the wall and the plywood.
4. Hammer the grooves and tongues of floor tiles to joint them firmly.
There should be a margin of at least 9mm between floor tiles
and the wall. After the installation is finished, cover the margin with
skirt board. Nails must be punched into the grooves or tongues of floor
tiles diagonally with hardwood flooring nail (blind nail). Never use any kind of
glue between floor tiles and the plywood.
5. The wooden floor tile is a kind of natural texture; therefore
installation must strictly comply with the aforementioned procedures.
Distortion or other damage occurring as a result of
inappropriate installation is not the liability of the manufacturer.
Maintenance Instructions
1. Keep the wooden floor dry
and clean. Keep it away from large quantity of water. It should be
cleaned with cotton mop that is wrung out .Do not use buck or suds
in order to avoid damage to its paint layer. Stains can be rubbed out
with steel wool .Rubbing with gasoline is forbidden because it may
cause fire.
2. The floor should be waxed
at regular intervals. The procedures are as follows; clean the floor
with half-dried rag, then wax it evenly, and make the wax permeate
into the surface of the floor. After the wax dries a little, rub it
with soft rag until it looks smooth and shining.
